An opportunity has become available for an experience Team Leader to manage, coach and develop a team of highly successful phone based sales representatives.

The business you will be joining is all about sales and is well regarded internationally. The organisation is here to shake up the New Zealand market! The product is a necessity so this isn't a hard sell!

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be charged with managing, coaching and developing your sales agents via regular coaching sessions and one on ones.

The environment you will be joining is high energy, positive and all about rewarding their employees for their efforts! The better your team do, the more opportunity you have to earn uncapped commission.

If you are successful in this role, you will be located close to public transport, shops and eateries and have the opportunity to work Monday to Friday set hours! You will receive in-depth product training and the opportunity to spend time in their Australian offices.
