As a Customer Service Advisor you will be contacting businesses based in Canada and USA and providing them with support to ensure their software licenses are up to date. You will be required to manage a portfolio of business customers and will be expected to manage the process from start to finish.
You must be fluent in both English and French to be considered for this role.
The role would suit someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys having high level conversations with customers.
