As a Spanish and English speaking Teleconsultant and Analyst, you will be managing a portfolio of business customers based in Canada and USA. Your contact with your customers will be both over the phone and email, therefore you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to review customer data and prepare reports in both Spanish and English. You will advise customers on their licences and be able to put in to action any tasks required both internal and external to the business.

The business you will be joining is a global IT organisation based in Albany. They have excellent training processes in place and will give you the tools and support to succeed.

__To be considered for this role, you must:__

- Speak fluent Spanish and English

- Have advanced Microsoft Office skills

- Have the ability to handle customer objections and build rapport over the phone

- Be eligible to work in New Zealand
