You will be supporting a busy and high performing sales team. Your role will see you working with the database to ensure all details are accurate and up to date. You will use a variety of sources to seek information and you will need to have commercial savvy and a strong understanding of the sales process to be able to use your initiative and think outside the square. You will also coordinate between the sales team and clients to arrange after sale care including the delivery of training.
Along with an interest in sales you will need to be tech savvy and comfortable navigating through various websites and databases. You will need to have solid Excel skills and be comfortable running reports and have very strong attention to detail.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience supporting a sales team
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
- Database or CRM skills - updating, cleansing, reporting
- Experienced user of various websites - e.g. Linkedin
- Experience liaising with clients
