About the role
Application Support Specialist with excellent problem solving and analytical skills to manage all product and user configuration for a Billing system. You will need to have experience working with billing and/or financial systems.
* Manage and apply configuration changes to the product and pricing systems for new and existing domestic and commercial subscriber base.
* Manage statement presentation and configuration
* Manage user configuration for billing and financial system and ensure audit and compliance requirements are adhered to
* Investigate customer account or billing related issues
Skills & experience required
* Application Support experience
* Strong problem solving skills
* Experience working with Billing Systems
* Excellent communication skills
