Are you an experienced Customer Service Superstar seeking a new & permanent opportunity in Albany?

Do you like to offer top customer service, and ensure your clients are looked after at all times?

Our role will see you preparing job estimates from customers briefs, arranging jobs with a production unit, and ensuring your customer receives the finished product on time.

You will enter orders into the system, therefore excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential and the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders.

This is a great organisation with a fun environment and would suit someone who is organised, outgoing and has a positive attitude.

Experience required for this role:

- Previous Customer Service experience in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- MS Word and Excel and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Outgoing and enthusiastic
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Previous experience in a Print or Manufacturing organisation would be advantageous.

Hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6pm, or 9.30am to 6.30pm.
