As a Teleconsultant, you will be contacting businesses based in USA and Canada and providing them with support to ensure their software licenses are up to date. You must enjoy having high level conversations with customers and have the ability to build instant rapport over the phone.
This is an exciting role and will give you the opportunity to start your career in the IT industry. Your long term opportunity would be to move in to either management, analytics or product development.
