Our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist with strong Administration skills to join their warm and friendly team based in Glenfield. The role will see you answering telephones, meeting & greeting clients, arranging couriers, data entry, and administration support.
You must be able to commit from 29th August through to 23rd September 2016.
Hours for the role are 1.30pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
The role will suit someone who has a bright, bubbly personality with a positive attitude. Our client is a fun, hardworking organisation who likes to celebrate success.
Experience required for this role:-
- Previous Reception/Administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration and computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Bubbly, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Attention to detail and accuracy
