To ensure you are able to hit the ground running, you will need to have proven Customer Service experience ideally in a busy call centre environment.
We are look for the following:
- Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal
- Familiarity with the MS Office Suite, plus internal systems experience
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Inbound, Outbound or Sales expertise
- Proven work ethic - reliability is a must
