Are you an experienced Sales Support Superstar seeking a new and exciting opportunity in Albany?
Do you like to offer top customer service, and ensure your clients are looked after at all times?
Our role will see you answering telephone calls and email queries, entering orders, tracking orders, invoicing, credit notes, and warranty guarantees .
As you will be entering orders into a system excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential.
This is a great organisation with a fun environment and would suit someone who is organised, outgoing and has a positive attitude.
Experience required for this role:
- At least 2 - 3 years Customer Service experience in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Word & Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Outgoing and enthusiastic
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
