My client is a New Zealand owned, growing organization who is looking for a temporary Administration Assistant to join their team from 15th September until 7th October 2016.
Hours for the role are 9.00am to 3.00pm or 4.00pm each day.
Our role will see you looking after:-
- Inputting & tracking maintenance of jobs
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Invoicing
- Answering telephone calls - Customer Services
This role will suit someone who is self-managed, has a bright, friendly personality with a positive attitude.
- Previous Customer Services, Invoicing & co-ordination experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration and computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Enthusiastic personality
- Attention to detail and accuracy
