This role is responsible for identifying, promoting and presenting the organisations products, solutions and services to existing clients and coordinate the delivery with internal stakeholder groups, and to achieve incremental revenue growth within a portfolio of Tier 2 banks,financial services companies,channel partners and merchants.

The key relationships to be managed will be with customer services,product management,project teams,technology, finance/billing /administration and marketing.

Key Accountabilities:

- Increase the product penetration with Tier 2 banks

- Identify new business opportunities and facilitate the resources to deliver

- Lead development of winning sales strategies

- Drive a joint client business planning process

- Actively manage account planning

- Establish and maintain excellent relationships at C level and decision makers

- Collaborate with the delivery team

- Accountable for customer satisfaction

Key Skills and Experience:

- 5 year + experience in payment solutions

- Strong understanding of payments

- Experience in managing long sales cycles

- Proven success in relationship management at c level

- Experience in delivering technology solutions to market
