About the role:
This role will see you working with a close knit team to provide support to end users and act as an escalation point to retail outlets.
Skills and experience required for the role:
The successful candidate will be well experienced with technologies such as Microsoft Office including office 365, supporting all windows operating systems, active directory, user provisioning tools, retail sector experience and remote management tools.
To be considered you will have:
- 1-2 year's proven experience supporting IT systems in the retail sector in NZ
- Immaculate communication, both verbal and written
- Experienced working within an ITIL environment is a must.
