Our client, based in Auckland CBD, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their small family owned business.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day running of the office including the following tasks:

* Dealing with walk in customers
* Invoicing, preparation of GST returns and Filing of PAYE
* Accounts Payable and Receivable
* Payroll
* Warranty Claims
* General administration
* Ordering spare parts

The successful applicant will be able to work unsupervised, have an excellent command of the English language and have sound customer Service experience.
