We are looking for excellent communicators with polished customer service skills to join our client's customer support team on an ongoing 9 month temporary role!

You will be joining a successful and rapidly expanding IT business on the North Shore.

A global business, you will be working with clients from around the world! You must have previous call centre experience and excellent communication skills. This role will see you carrying out high level conversations with clients around their IT software licensing requirements. Whilst this is an outbound role, it is not a sales role.

Start date is 12th September and you must be available to complete the full 9 month assignment.

To be successful in this role you will have:

-Previous customer support experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Good computer and system knowledge
-Availability to start 12th September
-Ability to commit for the full 9 months

This role is Tuesday to Saturday, 5am to 1.30pm - enjoy the rest of the day once you have finished work! This will be a great bonus once summer gets here.

$19.50 per hour plus 8% holiday pay.
