Beyond Recruitment is looking for someone with previous project administration or co-ordination experience, ideally within the property industry.
This is a temporary administration assignment and in a support role, therefore following the directions, guidelines and expectations of the Project Managers is vital to this role. The busy project team need some extra support to assist with documentation of existing process guidelines and revision of flow-charts and updating a programme of works. Your workload will be directed but the ability to work autonomously to deliver on time will be paramount.
The successful person should ideally have the following skills;
- Experience in a related role is necessary.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Word/Excel i.e have you used pivot tables
- Exposure to flow-charting tools would be beneficial
- Project Documentation experience
The ideal person will be someone with a down to earth attitude who is self-managing. Your ability to work closely with a small friendly team would also be beneficial
