About the opportunity
You could call this role Office Manager, Practice Manager, Studio Manager or whatever you choose. There are a number of key skills that will ensure you hit the ground running:
* Human Resources
* Finance (external Accountant)
* Xero and WorkFlow Max
* Indesign (advantage)
* Skilled in organising workflow processes
* Commercially astute
* Know when to switch from detail focus to big picture
You will quickly become the go to person in the office for a myriad of responsibilities so your organisational skills will be second to none. This will also mean you can cope with managing multiple projects with ease.
