We are in need of a highly experienced Personal Assistant with key support experience to an Executive level to join a market leader in the Engineering sector based in Mt Wellington.

Key Duties:

- Booking travel and accommodation
- Keeping track of financials in excel and the database
- Organising meetings, and creating agendas
- Fleet and company mobile management on a nationwide scale
- Keeping the office ticking over
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Creating Powerpoint presentations
- Put together reports and tenders
- Develop an understanding of what the business does

To be a successful in this role you must:

- Personal Assistant experience at Senior Management Level
- Be confident with all MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have initiative and be able to pick things up quickly
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be professional in attitude and understand the importance of confidentiality
