You will be speaking with customers who have had warranty claims and are awaiting their repaired or replaced product; booking in a time for delivery. In addition to this you will be working with the production and dispatch team to ensure commercial customers orders are dispatched and freighted within the necessary time frame.
Along with this you will be working on a project to enhance the process and service to the customers through the development of new systems and technology.
To be considered for this role we are looking for individuals with
- 2+ years' experience in a Customer Service role
- Problem solving/issue resolution experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Calm under pressure
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
