Beyond Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Receptionists to fill temporary assignments with immediate start dates. Some of our assignments are short term, some are long term but your availability to work immediately and for at least 3 months is important.
The roles require experience on a busy reception desk and the ability to juggle the pressures of being 'in the front line' with duties such as operating a switchboard, meeting & greeting clients, organizing meeting rooms, general typing and various administration tasks which can take you away for the desk - hence the need for experience so you know you've got what it takes!
General hours of work are between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
You will need to possess skills such as:
- Solid previous reception experience
- A great personal and telephone manner
- A professional attitude and professional presentation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills
