This is a key leadership role in the business leading the transformation and effectiveness of the leader engagement programmes and manages the day to day operations of the Learning and Development Team.
The role involves high internal stakeholder management and interaction across HR and HRBP's,Operational GM's, line Managers and Talent Acquisition team. Liaison with external stakeholders such as learning providers and regulatory bodies.
The role will manage the logistics to ensure the effective delivery of Learning programmes by providing scheduling and operational support of internal and external training delivery.The role will manage a team of Learning Coordinators.
To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 5 years management/leadership in a learning environment, have the ability to lead change projects, and have proven experience leading the implementation of Learning Management Systems
Previous experience with the NZQA framework and ITO's will be well regarded.
