This is a key leadership role in the business leading a team of Learning Facilitators ensuring they are fully engaged, trained and are delivering effective learning solutions.
The role involves high internal stakeholder management and interaction across HR and HRBP's,Operational GM's, line Managers and Talent Acquisition team. Liaison with external stakeholders such as learning providers and regulatory bodies.
The role will work closely with operations and specialists to schedule delivery of the training, work closely with the instructional designer to support the design of learning materials and implementation of learning, ensure the trainers are following the delivery processes in line with company guidelines, ensures full integration of learning programmes into each business unit.
To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 5 years management/leadership in a learning environment, preferably a unionised environment, have the ability to lead change projects, and have proven experience leading a facilitation team and have strong facilitation skills..
Previous experience with the NZQA framework and ITO's will be well regarded.
