The Sales Manager is responsible for the achievement of regional sales targets through the development and performance of all sales and account management activities in the region.
You will manage and motivate the sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth for the region.The role will involve establishing plans and sales strategies to expand the customer base.
Ideally , your style will be commercial, collaborative and supportive with a mentor/coach approach with your team. You enthusiasm for sales will be evident in your day to day demeanour, and you are comfortable holding people accountable and will also celebrate their success!
To be successful in this role you will need to bring proven sales management experience in a B2B environment, experience building relationships and securing business in the Lower North Island region and experience with RFP's and presentations.
