- ASAP start for Temp Role
- Part-time 15 to 20 hours per week
- $30-35ph + 8%hp
- City fringe location
Boutique professional services firm seeks additional support during a period of increased client activity. Your experience running the office or practice for CA or other professional firms will be gratefully received by the GM!
The main component of the role is supporting the GM with tasks including:
- Client Accounting / Compliance services
- Database maintenance
- Client liaison
- Setting up new clients
- Billing and invoicing
- Tax Administration
- Reporting / Forecasting
If you are a qualified Accountant or have senior level accounts experience through to final statement preparation, ideally in Xero, your application will be highly regarded. You will also require Advanced Excel skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running with your fast and accurate processing skills.
