Beyond Recruitment is looking for someone with demonstrated project administration or co-ordination experience, ideally within the property industry, to start this temporary assignment immediately.
This role is vital to the team's success in service delivery, therefore, the ability to take direction, work within guidelines and support the Project Managers is vital to this role. The busy project team need some extra support to assist with documentation of existing process guidelines and revision of flow-charts and updating a programme of works. Your workload will be directed but the ability to work autonomously to deliver on time will be paramount.
The successful person should ideally have the following skills;
- Be a strong relationship builder
- Demonstrated project administration experience in liaising with various stakeholders
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Word/Excel
- Exposure to flow-charting tools would be beneficial
