I am on the hunt for an experienced Sales Support and Customer Service professional to join my client, a leading manufacturer of interior building products based in Highbrook.
This role will see you working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure orders are processed as efficiently as possible. You will enjoy going above and beyond for customers on a daily basis.
My client is a values driven business who is family orientated, therefore someone who compliments this environment will be well suited to the role.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Customer Service - over the phone, face to face
- Processing of orders
- Arranging freight - ensuring best possible outcome for clients in terms of speed where paramount and cost effectiveness
- Problem solving
- Managing CRM database
To be successful in this role you will have experience working in a similar role and be system savvy with excellent communication skills and very strong attention to detail.
