About the Practice

This Newmarket based practice are leaders in their field of medium-high density housing design. They currently have no less than 50 terrace house and apartment development projects ranging from smaller scale 3-unit terrace house projects to large scale 100+ unit apartment proposals.

They are currently a team of 13 people inlcuding several registered architects and have a vision of growing to 18 staff quickly due to the high number of new and incoming projects.

About the Opportunity

It is time to set up a documentation team. Many projects are at Resource Consent stage, with a number already approved by Council.

The purpose of this role is to lead the building consent and construction phases of projects.

While initially you will have a higher content of documenation work, as the team builds, that will lessen and we expect this to happen quickly. Deadlines are fast and tight so a strong work ethic is essential for all new staff coming on board.
