This large educational provider is seeking an active and enthusiastic person to work within a team of individuals responsible for managing the large fleet and extensive asset base for the organisation.

You will be required to work rotating shifts between 7.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Reporting to the Facilities Management Team Leader, responsibilities include:

- Managing a fleet of up to 70 vehicles,
- Including physical grooming of some vehicles
- Ensuring vehicle compliance is accurate and current
- Coordination of daily planning and workflow
- Managing inwards good deliveries
- Managing asset inventories
- Managing courier collections and deliveries

To be considered for this role you, you will require the following skills & experience:

- Full New Zealand Driving License
- Ability to Drive a Manual Vehicle
- Attention to Detail & Self-Motivated
- Team Player & Great Communication
- Solid Administration Abilities
- Physically Fit
- Customer Focused
- Experience in Using Inventory Systems is preferable
