A great opportunity has arisen within a long standing and reputable financial services organisation.
In this role you will be delivering workforce planning and operational reporting services to a number of specialist teams within the contact centre.
This role involves; workforce planning for customer services agents to meet the demands of inbound calls relating to various product lines, forecasting call volumes and resourcing required on a quarterly basis, regular reporting including daily weekly and monthly reports, ad-hoc reporting for business unit managers, identification of business optimisation opportunities and more.
Numbers will be your language however you will have an ability to provide service to your internal customers.
We are looking for someone who has workforce planning experience within a Contact Centre environment.
You will have strong attention to detail and an ability to work with numbers.
Strong ability in Excel is a must have, competence in manipulating data and the use of pivot tables. Knowledge of macros would be preferred but isn't essential.

- Previous workforce planning experience in a contact centre environment
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Data driven and analytically minded
- Strong problem solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work with managers at various levels of seniority
