You will be part of an energetic team of individuals answering call from both Australian and New Zealand consumers. No two days will be the same - you will be answering both general product enquiries as well as managing complaints.

Previous experience in a call centre, outstanding customer service skills and highly developed communication - both verbal and written - will be the key to your success!

Requirements of the job are as follows:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Previous Call Centre Experience
- Fast and Accurate Key Boarding Skills
- Intermediate MS Word and Excel Skills
