Market leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work with customers who have placed warranty claims and are awaiting the outcome of the claim investigation. In addition to this you will be advising the customer of the outcome of their investigation as well as working with the production and dispatch team to ensure commercial customers orders are dispatched and freighted within the necessary time frame.
Along with this you will be working on a project to enhance the process and service to the customers through the development of new systems and technology.
To be considered for this role we are looking for individuals with
- 2+ years' experience in a Customer Service role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Calm under pressure
- Experience working in a fast paced environment

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 7pm, with an occasional Saturday.
