As this role forms an integral part of a successful HR Team, it will require someone with a strong Payroll Background as well as a good understanding of regulatory compliance. This reputable company is located in Ponsonby.

The successful applicant will have the following areas of expertise:

* Be able to communicate technically with regards to Payroll and H.R.
* Must have had 3-4 years previous experience in a similar role
* Must have SAP Payroll experience (non-negotiable)
* Experience of Global View Systems would be advantageous

The successful applicant will have the following personal attributes:

* Excellent judgement and problem solving skills
* Must be analytical
* Must be able to deal with discretion and confidentiality
