A leading interiors consultancy built on long standing relationships and significant word of mouth referrals is storming ahead in a boom market. They have several high powered clients on their client list. Projects are in the fit out and light commercial space with job values ranging between $500K - $9M with an average of $700K. They require a switched on leader to facilitate and co ordinate projects ensuring successful delivery.

As a senior PM you will be leading several other PMs. You will inspire their confidence bringing your leadership, management, systems and sale skills.

The role requires a mix of client meetings and presentations, contract admin, cost estimating, scopes of works, organizing sub trades, co ordination and managing projects. It is a well rounded role, involving hands on and higher level leadership and mentoring.
You will be able to hold your presence and credibility with CEO's and CFO's.

As an applicant you will have had significant experience managing projects within the interiors and fit out sector, you have an eye for detail and can work with and develop efficient systems. Of most importance is your communication and relationship development skills as well as your ability to lead and drive a team.

This role offers a very good package up to $150K
