- Travel to multiple sites
This role will work closely with workstream leads to build people and change plans to support the project. This will involve the provision of HR data and analysis to help with design, recommendations and implementation of effective business solutions. Work closely with ER leads and collaborate with senior executives.
The accountability will be for workstream support, people change management, project management,communications, risk management and stakeholder management.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate organisational agility,self knowledge, quality decision making, customer focus, ability to learn quickly, action orientation, interpersonal savvy, integrity and trust and show managerial courage.
