Beyond Recruitment are looking for an excellent customer service representative to join our client's customer support team. Here, you will handle customer queries from new and existing customers.
You will be the first point of call, and the one to answer all their queries and concerns so building strong relationships is key.
We are looking for:
* A track record of exceeding costumer's expectations
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Excellent problem solving skills
