Market leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced individual to manage a number of customer warranty claims, this role involves handling of the process from end to end, requesting additional information from the customer and providing the customer with the outcome of the claim investigation.
To be considered for this role we are looking for individuals with
- 2+ years' experience in a customer focused role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Calm under pressure
- Experience working in a fast paced environment

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 7pm, with an occasional Saturday.
