Revit experienced

Exciting opportunity for Revit technician to take their career to an exciting new level, get more involved in projects within this unique practice and align with the existing team.

The opportunity:

With a significant forward workload, the decision has been made to hire another team member and ideally, this will be a skilled Revit technician who also has some design experience and flair.

The difference with this opportunity to many others is, due to the size of the studio, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to really get involved in not only technical work, but also design and site work.

Loyal clients, repeat business and the chance to work on a variety of projects are on offer here. Being a small studio, you will step in and add value immediately and get exposure to all phases of commercial, residential and retail projects.

The ideal job seeker:

The attributes we are seeking here are as important as skills. First and foremost you will be Revit savvy (or a ArchiCad user wanting to learn Revit) and have experience working on commercial projects. Your technical skills are well developed and you are extremely confident completing sets of drawings for both Building and Resource Consents. You are values driven, quality focused and consider yourself to be a contributing and collaborative team player.

Ideally you will have excellent knowledge of our local NZ building codes and regulations, however if you are returning home from overseas and need a brush up, this learning can be supported. Design skills are welcomed, however again, this is a career development opportunity for the technically savvy drafty.

Next Steps:

As already mentioned, this studio has an extensive forward workload and for this reason, we'd like to work urgently.

If you are seeking an opportunity that supports career development, gives you an opportunity to get out on site and away from the computer and one where you are part of a fun, collaborative and family like team, do give Mark a call to confidentially register your interest.
