This emerging building and development company have quickly grown well beyond expectations in the Auckland market after just 3 1/2 years. With a natural flow of work from preferred clients plus a growing presence in the commercial new build sector, they are to a point where they need to onboard a QS at the senior level.

The company culture is of significant value to their success, energetic and passionate relationship driven construction professionals who have an eye for quality and completeness are key drivers.

We are looking for a tertiary qualified QS with at least 8 years of experience in the Auckland market ideally. Your experience will be across a range of larger new builds, refurbishments, and weathertightness based projects. Your ability to form relationships with sub contractors and other consultants is paramount, naturally your communication will be spot on!

This role presents as great change for a QS looking to join a company on the rise with some fresh ideas.

Salary $120K - $160K
