A leading interiors contractor is in a healthy position with a strong forward work load. Generally, projects are in the fit out/refurb and light commercial space with job values ranging between $500K - $7M. They require a switched on project manager to facilitate and co ordinate commercial interiors projects ensuring successful delivery.
The role requires a mix of client meetings, contract admin, scopes of works, organizing sub trades, co ordination and managing projects, risk management, and quality control. It is a well rounded role, involving hands on and higher level leadership and mentoring.
As an applicant you will have had experience managing projects within the interiors and fit out sector, and due to the size of the project, experience within the commercial construction space would be beneficial. You have an eye for detail and can work with and develop efficient systems. Of most importance is your communication and relationship development skills as well as your ability to lead and drive a team.
This role offers a competitive package up to $100K - $130K + vehicle
