This is a key leadership role in the business leading the instructional design strategy and implementation for adult learning materials and programmes.
The role involve high internal stakeholder management and interaction across HR and HRBP's,Operational GM's, line Managers and Talent Acquisition team. Liaison with external stakeholders such as learning providers and regulatory bodies.
The design requirements will encompass learning methodology,literacy and numeracy and non technical skills, development of new training programmes and materials, develop review processes and update existing learning programmes, forecasting and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 5 years design management /leadership experience in a learning environment, the ability to lead and manage change projects, experience in developing learning solutions inclusive of e-learning to support strategic business goals.We are seeking a specialist for this role, who has been immersed in instructional design long term, and is working at a senior level.
Previous experience with the NZQA framework and ITO's will be well regarded.
