This fairly hands on role will see you involved in a myriad of tasks, and any one day could see you involved in the following:
- Putting together documentation
- Chasing and monitoring workflows
- Monitoring insurances and warranty's
- Driving through the process
- Contract formation
- Getting tenders out
- Setting up purchase orders
- Getting budgets out
- Involved with claims
- Analysing contract clauses

A keen eye for detail is essential as the main purpose of the role is to assist with the management of contracts formation as well as all administration with regard to the procurement process.
Previous exposure to either the construction or engineering arenas' will serve you well together with a solid grasp of contracts formation, procedures, negotiation, and infrastructure development.
A tertiary qualification in either Project Management / Quantity Surveying or Finance / Law is essential together with a minimum of 4-years previous experience within a similar role.
