About the Practice

This Newmarket based practice are leaders in their field of medium-high density housing design. They currently have 50 terrace house and apartment development projects ranging from smaller scale 3-unit terrace house projects to large scale 100+ unit apartment proposals.

They are currently a team of 14 people including two registered architects who can mentor you, and have a vision of growing to 18 staff quickly due to the high number of new and incoming projects.

About the Opportunity

Many projects are at Resource Consent stage, with a number already approved by Council.

They require 2 additional Graduates to get started as soon as possible to outline and assign work, review for technical accuracy and adequacy.

The level of your work will depend on the level of skill you bring to the company, however career development is offered and your role will include the following:

- Initially - Building Consent Documentation
- Preliminary design
- Developed design
- Resource Consent documentation
