I am on the hunt for candidates who have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service!

My client is a large, well-known organisation, who is a key player in the FMCG industry here in New Zealand and Australia. With fantastic systems and processes in place and a fun and supportive team atmosphere - CSR roles do not get much better than this!

The role will see you taking a wide variety of calls - you will be required to trouble shoot and work through complaint resolution by following company policy. Good written skills are required along with good key board skills and a basic knowledge of Microsoft office.

You will ideally come with a minimum of 6 months Contact Centre experience and have a proven work ethic - only personable, motivated and positive candidates should apply to this role.

This is an *ongoing* temporary role and due to this we are only able to consider candidates who are either NZ Citizens or Permanent Residents.

- $20 per hour plus holiday pay
