Our International Client, based in Mt Eden is looking for a switched on Co-Ordinator that can assist the Shipping and Trade Managers in their busy and growing Portfolios.


The Role will entail:

* Managing customer's accounts
* Finding new suppliers when necessary
* Check that the new items are allowed to be sold into specific country (i.e. Australia, China,
Korea etc)
* Process sales orders
* Deal with purchase orders
* Follow container schedule
* Send offers and negotiate customer pricing
* Following up with customers (both locally and internationally)
* Will deal with the website management (I.e. loading product catalogue online)
* Support Shipping Manager in their absence

The Successful Candidate will have:

* Qualification- not necessarily in logistics
* Custom Broker experience/PIN knowledge
* 3- 4 years' experience in a similar type role

The Successful Candidate must be:

* Pro-active
* Portray a high level of attention to detail
* Have good Ms Office skills
* Have good communication skills
