Are you an experienced front line Receptionist / Administrator looking to join a warm and friendly team based in Takapuna?
Do you have a bright, bubbly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude?
Do you have previous experience meeting and greeting clients, answering telephones, arranging couriers, purchasing stationery, carrying out data entry, and organising functions?
We are seeking people with the following experience:-
- Previous Reception and Administration experience in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Bubbly, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
