The Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor Teleconsultant you will be contacting businesses based in Europe and providing them with support to ensure their software licenses are up to date. You will be required to manage a portfolio of business customers and will be expected to manage the process from start to finish. You must be have fluent German language skills (written and verbal).

The role would suit someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys having high level conversations with customers.
