Technical Support Administrator

- $50 to $55 K per annum

About the role

As the Technical Support administrator you will be an important valued member of the team responsible for ensuring that the internal users are fully supported and you will be involved in the co-ordination and procurement of hardware and licenses.Well-rounded knowledge of basic level 1 troubleshooting and ticket escalation with excellent communication to manage third parties and vendors for excellent customer satisfaction.

- New employee on boarding and off boarding
- Level 1 troubleshooting and ticket escalation
- Procurement and co-ordination.
- Administration duties involving expense claim handling and processing as well as travel co-ordination.
- Build strong niter departmental relationships
- Display a high level of communication skills

Skills & experience required

-3 years hands on experience in an operations environment as an IT Administrator or in a Technical Support role
-Excellent client facing communication skills
-Customer service type role experience
-Windows XP ,Windows 7 and 8 experience
-Procurement and co-ordination
-Must be available immediately
