Due to business growth, we are seeking multiple sales consultants to join a leading Insurance organisation located in Newmarket to start in January 2017!

In this role you will be required to contact customers based in Australia, converting warm leads into sales. This gives you an excellent opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top of your hourly rate.

You will be joining a vibrant, fun and like-minded team where no day will be the same. Ongoing training will be provided to ensure you are successful in achieving your KPI'S and sales targets.

Previous contact centre or door to door sales experience would be beneficial but not essential for right candidates who are self-starter's, resilient , displays a can do attitude and thrives on success and achieving goals.

To be successful in this role, we look for:

- Excellent communication skills
- Call centre or door to door sales experience would be favourable
- Can-do attitude and self-motivated
- Show high level of resilience and determination
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Must be NZ Citizen/ Permanent residence or have a minimum of 10 months remaining on your working holiday visa

In return of your hard work we offer $20p/hr plus 8% holiday pay and UNCAPPED COMMISSION, Monday to Friday hours from 11am till 7pm. Located in New Market close to public transports and eateries.
