The responsibilities of this particular role includes:
* Co-ordinating and attending all board, governance and management committee meetings
* Taking minutes and distributing them efficiently
* Maintaining and updating company records
* Co-ordinating and supporting all board, governance and management committees in
accordance with the risk management framework
* Administering an effective governance calendar
* Maintaining an effective system for the retention and easy access of documents and material
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience supporting company secretariat functions within a blue chip organisation
* Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
* Experience in working with senior management
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* High degree of attention to detail
* Professional and confidential approach
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
