Our client is looking for an intermediate level Structural CAD / Revit Technician who is proficient with AutoCAD and Revit to assist the Structural Engineering team.

Having recruited with this company for a number years, I have observed significant growth, initially with the addition of a Civils team, followed by a successful rebranding several years ago, and most recently a timely and effective merger with an already successful structural engineering company. All of this growth and change and been driven from the top with Directors who are elite in their chosen fields and created increased opportunity for existing staff.

Despite a significant increase in size, the company has meticulously held on to the family feel that is usually exclusive to smaller teams. They genuinely offer career development and due to having attracted outstanding talent, win impressive projects.

About the opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the structural engineering team who are well established and busy. The role includes liaising with engineers to prepare design sketches and marked up plans, developing design procedures, templates and standards.

The Structural engineering team boast experience in building analysis, structural building design, design reviews and general consultations, seismic engineering and structural design for civil projects. There is a lot on offer for a keen technician.

We are seeking evidence on your CV of:

- 3 years' + experience as a Structural CAD / Revit Technician
- Excellent AutoCAD and Revit capability
- Experience in preparation of design sketches and marked up plans, developing design procedures, templates and standards
- A desire to be part of a collaborative team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
